Authentic Women Empowerment Program, 2020-2021 – This 6 months leadership program aims at helping women grow in self-awareness so they can find their authentic voice and develop their unique leadership style. Training in mindfulness is an important tool in this process of self-discovery. I have designed a series of 5 meditation workshops to equip the participants with mindfulness practices that help them ground themselves in their body and their breath, work with the strong emotions that can come up during a process of transformation, as well as liberate themselves from thought patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve them. Medicines Development for Global Health, 2020-2021 – I designed and delivered a series of short mindfulness workshops to promote team well-being during Covid-19, as part of a broader well-being intervention with my colleagues Lindy Francou, physiotherapist, and Emilie Perrot, founder of Weinclusive.
“Further to today’s session I just want to thank you formally on behalf of the MDGH staff for your fantastic mindfulness sessions over the past few months. There is no doubt that you have helped us get through the COVID lock-down. But more than that, you have helped to change our general approach to well-being and what we prioritise personally and as a company. The staff have really enjoyed your classes, as they expressed to you today.” – Janine Pickering, co-founder

Association of French Teachers of Victoria Conference, November 2022 – I designed and delivered two short mindfulness workshops to promote participants’ well-being during the conference. We explored the benefits of having a regular meditation practice, and ways to remain focused, calm and balanced during a day of teaching. Participants commented on feeling more relaxed and alert after practicing for fifteen minutes.
