Regulating strong emotions (12 min)

There are time when we feel frustrated, upset or very anxious. At those times it is helpful to pause and bring our attention inside. So today we will practice a meditation that you can do when you feel that you are experiencing a strong emotion. Don’t worry if that’s not the case for you right now, it’s good to become familiar with the practice so it is easier for you to do it when you need it.
