Equanimity is a practice, we set our intention to be balanced and steady, we incline our heart, reminding ourselves regularly that we want to stay in a place of stability, even-handedness, balance, keeping some attention on the body and the breath at all times. In this meditation inspired by Jack Kornfield we are going to experiment with different phrases, that are meant to convey a sense of balance, where we care but we are not overwhelmed.
