Mindful pause, awakening the senses (10 min)

When we’re cooped up at home because of lock down, we might find that over time we’re losing energy, we start feeling bored, demotivated. Taking a pause and connecting to our senses can help boost our energy levels and improve our focus and motivation. During this practice we will cycle through the different senses and at the end you might find that you feel more alive and energized. (This practice is inspired by meditation teacher Matthew Hepburn)
