Lovingkindness practice 1 (20 min)

The practice of loving kindness is an intentional practice to open and awaken our heart and grow feelings of caring and warmth, first towards ourselves, then towards others, and to the whole of life. In this meditation you are invited to send lovingkindness wishes to a person close to you, then yourself, and finally, if you feel up to it, to a difficult person. Try it, you might be amazed at the results :)!
