Letting go with bodyscan and breath awareness (20 min)

We can use our meditation practice to experiment with letting go: noticing the places of tension in our body and gently letting go as best we can, noticing the contractions of the mind around thoughts, and gently letting go to relax back into the life that’s right here. This guided meditation is inspired by Tara Brach and Jon Kabat Zinn.
