Drop-in Mindfulness Class - Online

Drop-in Mindfulness class, online – Every Friday from 11:30am to 12:30pm, on a generosity basis ; no class during the school holidays

Come and join our growing community of like-minded meditators. Beginners and more experienced meditators are all welcome. Meditating in a group is a great way to strengthen our home practice, remain motivated, and support each other on our journey.

In these sessions we explore the concentration practices on the breath, body, emotions and thoughts, as well as heart-based practices such as compassion, loving-kindness, gratitude, joy and forgiveness.

Drop-in Mindfulness class in FRENCH - Online

FRENCH Drop-in Mindfulness class in FRENCH, online – on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30pm, fortnightly, starting on Wednesday 17th January 2021, first two sessions are free, $15 per session thereafter   – No class during the school holidays

This class was created with the French community in Melbourne in mind. Native French speakers might connect better with meditations guided in French and find it easier to describe their experiences in French than English. Other nationalities who are fluent in French are welcome too, of course. If you are interested in taking part, please get in touch with me.
